Organisation Development Consultant - KSA
A Military / Defence client in KSA is currently looking for a Organisation Development Consultant to establish and sustain oragnisational effectiveness and change activity in support of the achievement of the business strategy and HR business agenda.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the aspects of Organisation Design
- Ensure best principles are applied
- Establish clear programme of organizational transition to new structure
- Define manpower plan, resource gaps and develop contingency plans
- Review administrative policies, procedures, guidelines and directives to be implemented
Requirements
- Previous experience in orchestrating organizational change
- Previous experience of restructuring phase
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with set policies and procedures
