Job description / Role
A multinational and fast growing FMCG company are looking for an OD & training executive to join their HR team.
The role is based in Riyadh and they are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years experience to execute learning and development activities in Saudi.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and development support all initiative of the Riyadh office. Administer training needs analysis for the office. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Prepare all communication and send course announcements. Conduct pre and post course follow up. Concentration on soft skills training.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external trainers there is no requirement to perform training in this role.
- Manage the training centre facility book all courses and coordinate with Dubai office and administer assessment centres as appropriate.
- Monitor progress of employee development plans.
- Identify key areas for development; liaise with employees and key stakeholders.
- Reporting present on a quarterly basis to leadership on training coverage effectiveness and drop out ratios etc.
Requirements
- 2- 4 years in an L & D or training executive/coordinator position
- SAP/Oracle knowledge is an advantage
- Currently residing in KSA
- MUST have a Transferable IQAMA
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Salary:
11,000 12,000 SAR + Medical and flight (family status)
