Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking to hire a professional and focused Organisational Development & Policy Specialist for their company in Qatar.

Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor, you will support the development and maintenance of the organisations HR policies and procedures. You will be involved in specific projects for the business as well as preparing personnel and statistics reports supporting the internal job evaluation process. With solid Oracle ERP knowledge and compensation and benefits experience, you will utilise these skills in assisting and conducting job analysis processes using Hay Methodology.

In addition, you will handle personnel activities such as transfers, promotions, upgrading, contract amendments and end of service. You will also be responsible for analysing market changes and the establishment / administration of HR policies and procedures such as developing forms and setting guidelines and procedures for personnel as well as performing other activities to support the business strategy.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree. You should also have at least 2 to 3 years' direct and relevant experience in HR coupled with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role along with excellent analytical capabilities.

Only candidates already located in Qatar on their family sponsorship will be considered for this position.
