Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the most well-known and highly respected retail groups in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire an exceptional Organisational Development Specialist who is available for an immediate start.
You will be responsible for the design and development of all organisational development programs including identifying areas for professional development for employees. You will design, develop, deploy and continually improve the competency frameworks, job description, job grading, job evaluation tools as well as the restructuring of the organisation, HR policies and procedures and competencies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience within a similar role in the GCC ideally within the retail industry. You should have strong administration skills along with effective communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to work in a team environment and excellent English communication skills are crucial for this role whilst Arabic would be advantageous. It is essential you are able to start immediately.
