The RoleThe RoleIntroduction: Working with one of the top consultancies in the market, you will gain access to working with high profile government and private sector clients on a range of business consultancy assignments, including HR Transformation, Business Process Re-Engineering, Organisational Design and Change Management. This client offers opportunities for consultants with experience working with clients across all industries in the GCC with a platform to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities: - Advising clients on best practice organisational design and business strategy across a number of diverse industry sectors. - Conducting business review and analysis of critical business areas, and interpretation of data with a view to providing advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth, reducing costs, and improving the business performance of their clients. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: - Qualified at least to Bachelor's level with a relevant degree in a Business, Economic, Statistical or Mathematics degree, and preferably a Master's level degree. - 2 – 3 years experience at least within an environment that has given direct exposure to the key area’s listed above. - Fluent in English and Arabic, with French being a distinct advantage. - Organised, well presented and professional, with the ability to interact with clients and individuals at all levels. - Strong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate ideas effectively. |
