This opportunity is with a large Group involved in various business units based in Dubai.
We are looking for Senior Leadership Development Consultants for a project based role that would require experience across diverse industries.
You would be responsible for strategy planning, developing and implementing development programs and assessing learning needs of the business. Applying best practices for large businesses in the area of leadership development, learning, succession planning, HR policies and procedures, serving as a consulting resource to HR Business partners and executive leaders throughout to achieve major short and long-term strategic initiatives, especially those related to management and leadership effectiveness, change management, service, quality integration, and performance of key leaders and leadership/project teams.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 10- 15 years of solid HR Consulting experience. A Master's degree will be desired.
Western Nationals would be preferred and Arabic Speaking would be an advantage.
