Our client, a large investment organization is currently seeking an Organization Development & Engagement Manager.
You will be required to manage implementation of Organization Development and Engagement strategy and plans for our client and its entities through carrying out organization-wide initiatives related to organization design and culture, colleague engagement and broader human resources to ensure alignment of structure/systems and human resources resulting in a positive and engaging work environment for employees.
You will be working in close collaboration with all the teams within the Human Capital department to ensure that all relevant organizational initiatives and updates, departmental information and relevant employee information are regularly updated and shared across the various teams (this includes but may not be limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, employee exits etc.)
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Psychology or similar
- Professional Certification in HR
- 7 - 8 years experience in Human Resources, working in design and development of HR related structures, systems and processes
- UAE experience is essential
