Job description / Role
Objective: To define and manage an optimal organizational structure, operational designs, processes and mechanisms, diagnose organization needs and recommend the appropriate mix to ensure effective organizational coherence across HMG.
Reporting to: Director - Organization Effectiveness
Subordinates: Sr. OD Specialist, Workforce Planning Specialist, OD Specialist
Desired start date: 1 August 2014
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc. in Industrial Engineering / Human Resources / Business Administration
Nature and length of previous experience: 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare environment, with 3 years in organizational behavior management position.
Specialist knowledge: Professional certificates in relevant functional-related programs covering such areas as competency management, motivation theory and concepts, career / succession development, workforce utilization
Language Fluency: English, Arabic
