Job description / Role
Based in Saudi our client is one of the largest financial institution for more than 30 years . Our client is looking to hire a Organization Development Specialist/ Senior Consultant to join their HR Department in Riyadh.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Banks HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Banks ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and support the bank vision of simplicity and Convenience.
- To support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360 degree feedback process.
- To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
- To commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives.
- To work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
- Develop and maintain organization structures for all functions in line with the bank 5 yrs strategic plan and in accordance with international standards.
- To be responsible for the Banks job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Requirements
- MS/MA/MBA degree required in Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or other relevant behavioral science
- An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focus; membership of the CIPD/SHRM desirable.
- 8 Years related experience
- Organization Development (Certification)
- Assessments (MBTI, DiSC) (Certification)
- GCC experience is a MUST
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision making skills
