With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is looking welcome a professional and experienced Organizational Development Expert to the team to support the growth and development of the business.

Working as part of the Human Resources Team team, your responsibilities in the role will include:

• Identify and Analyze Organizational needs and structures in function of business needs.
• Propose and recommend changes to organizational architecture / design and develop organizational plans.
• Drafting organizational charts in function of organizational structure.
• Identify Manpower needs based on organizational analysis.
• Evaluate and analyze jobs based on competency frameworks using an internationally known method.
• Integrate Qatarization, performance management, career development and succession planning.
• Align manpower development plans to the succession plans of the organization in coordination with Corporate Development Strategy
• Assist in developing process models and mapping for different business units to eliminate redundancy and increase efficiency.
• Participate in the preparation of Management reports showing strategic and operational HR metrics and status.
• Develop and maintain organizational policies, processes and forms in compliance with internal protocols & practices.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR Management (Strategic & Operational) with at least 6 years at a senior role as Organizational Development Specialist.
• Knowledge of Qatari/GCC/Public Sector and HR information management systems, including internationally recognized Management software.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Proficient in MS Office including the ability to operate spread sheets & Visio.
• Effective verbal and written including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Human Resources both Operational & Strategic
• Knowledge of GCC construction Industry highly preferred.
• Acquisition of Professional Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations within area of assigned responsibility preferred
