Job description / Role
A leading Construction company in Sharjah are looking for an Organizational Development and Training Manager to join their team.
The main responsibilities would be:
- Project work
- Extensive HR information gathering and analysis
- Salary Review and Graduate Training implementation
- Presentations to Management
- Updating and creating internal communications
- Assisting Line Managers with training and development for individual teams
Requirements
- Two years L&D/organizational development experience
- Resourceful and creative individual
- Flexible and able to manage time extremely well
- UAE driving licence
- Western education preferred
- Proactive individual that takes initiative
- Occasional travel to surrounding GCC countries will be required
