Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Executive Director - Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of the highest standard of healthcare to patients and clients through the creation of a progressive employment environment. Responsibility for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of HMCs workforce in close collaboration with executive colleagues will be of paramount importance in order to secure the engagement of all staff with the Corporations mission, vision and values. The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for influencing the development of a corporate culture that is characterised by a patient focus and performance delivery capability.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
- Act as an account manager, managing and maintaining key accounts across providers to ensure local OD plans are devised and delivered
- Support the delivery of local OD interventions to ensure team capability and that structures, processes and systems and aligned with organizational needs.
- Implement corporate organizational effectiveness interventions to support the achievement of corporate strategy
- Identify the need for and develop team building exercises and workshops
- Implement major changes in all aspects of operation
- Develop and run interventions to resolve conflict within groups
- Diagnose potential organizational opportunities and propose approaches and interventions to realize them.
- Implement the OD strategy to ensure continuous improvement through culture change and workforce planning and that the local organization is equipped to meet the corporations objectives
- Lead organizational change initiatives through a structured change management framework
- Facilitate communication among employees and management. Ensuring local organization goals are well understood and people understand how to contribute to work.
- Act as an advisor to manager, helping them to analyze, define, plan for and deliver change that will assist them in achieving their planned goals.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall corporate performance

Requirements

- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
- Preferred Education: Masters Degree, MBA, CIPD Qualified. Bachelors degree preferred in HR / OD / Occupational Psychology or other business related subjects.
- Professional qualidication in HR, Change Management, Organisational Development of similar.
- Minimum Experience: 8 years experience with 5 years in an HR, leadership or consultancy role

Preferred Experience:
- Evidence of working as part of a team to implement transformational changes
- Evidence of achievement in delivering performance improvement in a results driven environment.
- Experience of supporting and leading large scale organisation review processes, including restructuring, systems review, and programme management.
- Implementation of large scale organization systems.

- Language Skills: English essential / Arabic preferred
- Computer Skills: Competent with MS Office Packages
