Employment: Full Time

A leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leads strategic planning and strategic management systems.
- Develops strategy and executes program that enables the Senior Leadership Team and Employees to excel in achieving the organizations business strategies.
- Plans and develops OD strategy to design, develop, implement, and evaluate change management programs
- Provides the Senior Leadership Team with strategies for leading and managing changes, communication, resistance, coaching, training, accountability and rewards to reinforce adoption of said changes.
Identifies organizational and employee development needs and works collaboratively to develop strategies and tactics designed to meet targeted needs; facilitates and/or delivers tailored programs responsive to this work.
- Supports Senior Leadership Team in solving performance problems.
- Partners with the HR & Admin Managers the effective execution of the performance management process.
- Collaborates with HR & Admin Managers to ensure that Leadership Team are 100% aware of the company Performance Management procedures through getting the right guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Designs and implements individual induction sessions for new employees in coordination with HR & Admin Managers.
- Constantly reviews, improves and updates the induction material as and when required to ensure all content is in line with business information.
- Works with HR & Admin Managers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, retention, employee engagement and team effectiveness.
- Identifies learning needs of individuals, teams and the business with HR & Admin Managers and Senior Leadership Team to ensure programs are aligned with business needs.
- Designs learning programs for the business using a range of internal and external experts to design content and overall program in line with identified needs.
- Implements learning solutions that leverage technology and support enterprise-wide learning technology strategy.

Requirements

- Professionally qualified in Human Resource Development from an internationally recognised Educational Institution or a HR business-related qualification as equivalent; Master degree in HRD is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar field with 3-5 years in HR managerial role.
- Arabic / English Literate - essential.
- Computer Literacy - essential (Microsoft Office applications)
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: SAR 18,000 - 22,000 per month + excellent benefits
