Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000

An iconic, global retailer are looking to recruit an Outbound Planning Analyst for their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of order processing and a strong working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities:
• Capacity management & Outbound Distribution planning.
• Analyze plan & drive the organization to ensure on time allocation & daily pick pool requirements are delivered – driving actions to address shortfalls.
• Own and drive the daily tracking meeting, ensuring that issues raised are actionable, precise & that a tracking process is in place.
• Ensure that the DC has shippable orders & work directly with the internal functions to ensure that all orders have all of the required information to complete processing & shipping.
• Drive the process change to ensure that only 100% shippable orders are planned into the WMS.
• Ensure that the correct level of tracking and visibility is in place to report on and drive the shippable orders – handed to CS.
• Own and drive the release rules to ensure on time allocation to the pick pool & shipment within the window. Continue to monitor release rules & take actions when appropriate.
• Own and drive the IDP Process by ensuring that tool is utilized to its full capacity. Ensure that the tables are correctly set up by the outbound analyst each month and that the capacity is reviewed weekly. Work closely with the CSC when the tables are updated within the execution month or additional capacity is required.
• Root cause analysis and recommendation for delivery failures to Key Customers.
• Ensure that the planned quarterly, monthly, yearly goals are communicated and discussed every month with the CSC & that the final shipping goal is communicated immediately to the CSC.
• Ensure that all monthly gates and dates are agreed between CSC & Planning.
• Ensure that the analyst published daily updates on pick pool to the org – target 4 days.
• Manage aged order execution in the WMS p / pool.
• Ensure that a minimum of 50% of the allocations are in the pick pool at the start of each shipping month (70% by week2).
• Ensure that the max shipping performance possible is achieved & that orders are shipped on time; utilize the internal relationships with Sales, OM & Credit to assist driving the execution of this number & also the management of the release rules.
• Review and analyze historic actual vs targeted allocation and shipment data and work with 3PL operations to provide recommended improvements to current planning methodology and the development of improved pickpool targets, allocation curve and rules to business needs and operating capacity:
• Ensure all reports are accurate and on time all the time and drive resolution.
• Assist with Adhoc requests
• Own the Release rules maintenance, and utilize to drive allocation by reviewing weekly together with CS – Weekly.
• Ensure that the outbound analyst performs ad-hoc requests on allocation and de-allocation within 24hrs.
• Support Team in Analysis and system issues.
• Ensure that all relevant testing, Training and planning horizons are met & achieved as per data matrix and Calendar.
• Provide 100% support of future releases.
• Ensure 3PL alignment, support and co-ordination between BWL IT Testing Team and NSA Testing Teams.
• Ensure Outbound and 3PL Staff availability, support and Training through Release cycles.

• Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate with people on different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside of the organization.
• Language skills: Must speak, read, write and understand the English language.
• Computer literacy: Computer aptitude is key.
• Goal / Result oriented: Ensure your drive the business and 3pl to achieve targets.
