Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Outside Sales Executives main objectives are:

1. Customer - KN Relationship Management, ensuring strong relationships throughout both organizations and at as many levels as possible.

2. Identify areas of Opportunity and directly Sell all KN Products, Service and Solutions

Directly Manage and Sell a selected number of Customers in their assigned Platforms
• Focus on BU or Trade assigned to them (VA/VS/VO) but also understand the need to cross sell all other business units as identified customers opportunities are presented
• Meet or exceed set Targets & Goals as determined by the company
• Act as the main liason between Customer and KN contacts to ensure an aligned approach
• Build strong relationship with as many points of contact possible to ensure a long standing business partnership
• Understand and communicate local Customer needs throughout the organization
• Act as the single point of (selling) contact for ALL KN services and solutions
• Communicate and co-ordinate specific customer requirements (including RFQ's) with the organization
• Be the voice of the Customer and communicate such proactively with KN
• Be personally involved in all Customer requirements, maintaining close communication between Customer and KN Operations / Customer Service (and management where necessary)

Requirements

University Qualifications: Post Graduate
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 2 years
Operational Excellence in logistics industry
Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong Communication Skills
- Professional Selling & Solving Skills
- Local spoken and written Language
- Written & Spoken Language (min intermediate)

This position will require identifying Customer needs and Opportunities for KN, bring them into KN to provide competitive pricing, additional solutions, and close new or x/up sell business
• Will be required to navigate internally to motivate the organization to work together to obtain business through local means or national/regional/global bids, and deliver the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.
