Outlet Manager - Excellent Package
My client is seeking an experienced Cafe / Restaurant Manager to join their busy outlet. Reporting to the General Manager of Restaurants, the successful candidate will drive the restaurant forwards with revenue, hygiene & profits. Leading a large team of 30 including back of house, this is a very high volume outlet for the lunch trade so needs some one with high energy levels.
Requirements
To be considered, you will have a stable career history in high volume outlets of a casual dining, cafe style, be very standards driven & have a good understanding of Q Management.
You will be western educated & have a minimum of 2 years experience in Dubai.
