The Role


Objective: Competently and Professionally fulfill the responsibilities of a Personal/Admin Assistant

Main responsibilities : Managing diaries
Proven ability to operate MS Office
Know how of travel arrangements
Excellent filing abilities
Ability to correspondence on the behalf of Managers

Reporting to : Manager
Subordinates : None
Desired start date : Immediately
Travel requirements : none

- Proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage
- At least 2 years UAE experience in a similar role.
- Minimum High School qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook
- Flexible in working over-time
