The RoleThe RoleExecutive Assistant – Dubai Local – Fixed Term Contract Applications are invited for the above position. Our Client wishes to appoint an Executive Assistant in our Dubai office on a local contract for a period of 3 years. A key objective in our clients strategy is to work with client companies to transform them into market focused and innovation driven businesses. To contribute to this objective the successful candidate will work with the Manager MENA and a small team of executives to achieve export targets, defined metrics and to implement a range of services for client companies across the Gulf States In addition to the direct responsibilities in the UAE market, the successful candidate will also take a regional perspective, working with other offices and colleagues across SEMEA on specific sectoral issues and client work. This role requires working in close collaboration with EI colleagues in Ireland and to develop strategic working relationships with client companies in the sector. The successful candidate will engage directly with client companies to assist them in the Gulf States. They will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of the structure and dynamics of several industrial and public sector markets. In so doing building strong relationships and networks that clients can use to assist them in achieving their agreed objectives. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate should have: • Knowledge of the UAE market and an understanding of the market dynamics and business structure in the Gulf. • A strong understanding of local sales and marketing practices that will benefit Irish companies exporting to the region. • Be results focused and highly motivated to achieve the ambitious targets for the portfolio This post is being offered on the basis of a 3 year local fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be employed under local conditions, will be remunerated locally and will be subject to local tax and social security legislation. |
