The RoleThe RolePA/HR Assistant - Immediate Start!! 10-12K My client, a major liquor distribution organisation, is looking for a PA to join their Team. They are looking for experienced candidates, Western Educated, with a drive and ambition to contribute administrative support and and a positive attitude towards their young and vibrant team. This candidate will be asked to support the GM in general daily administration tasks as well as supporting the HR Manager with HR responsibilities. RequirementsRequirementsWestern Graduate Admin / Secretarial / PA Skills Positive Attitude HR experience (desirable) IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE!! Knowledge Skills & Experience Graduate with excellent command of spoken and written English Work experience of at least 5 years, with preferably 2 years in HR/Admin. Training in Secretarial course (optional) Sound knowledge of the company administration procedures (understanding of Labour Laws would be an asset) Excellent pc skills in MS Office Experience of working with Companies with a multi-national workforce Problem solving and decision making – timely and valued Strong team working ability Influencing and communicating Negotiation skills People Management Skills Good understanding of the essence of diverse cultural backgrounds Presentation Skills Planning and organizing skills Delegation Managing information Innovative and creative thinking Integrity |
