You will be reporting into the HR Manager and providing a PA service to the Manager and Team. You will be required to perform general Secretary / Administrative functions to the department such as; Diary management Travel and hotel reservations Updating the company web page Support in creating presentation materials Filing of documents Preparing expenses Organising workshops/meetings/events |
RequirementsRequirementsMust be fluent both written and verbally in English / Arabic speaking. Must have previous experience of working within a HR department. Must be a graduate within a business administration related subject. Have excellent communication skills. Experience in working in matrix management environments and diverse culture. Excellent business correspondence skills. Experience of office management with a sound understanding of office practice and procedures. Experienced in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook. |
