Title: PA - Office/ Property Manager
Location: Dubai

Salary: 8,000-10,000 AED Depending on experience

Our client is one of the most successful British owned Real Estate companies in Dubai and the Middle East. The company offers a strong infrastructure top quality training as well as having state of the art offices.

Due to their success they are expanding and are now looking for a PA – Office/Property Manager.

The PA-Office/Property Manager role includes a variety of responsibilities and duties. You will be managing the day to day and the overall provision of office services. You will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business.

For this role you must have high accuracy levels and communicate professionally with clients both on the phone and personally.

Preparing correspondences and documents through audio-typing and word processing, Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual,
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up to date diary for the fee earner, Undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development

You must demonstrates a pro-active approach to work and client as well as the ability and willingness to work to deadlines, cope under pressure, use initiative, prioritise work-loads effectively and work as part of a team.

As a Property manager the focus of the role will be to manage a portfolio of residential/commercial property and duties will include: dealing with rents, liaising with landlords and tenants, liaising with contractors, arranging maintenance/repairs and complying with current legislation.

- The Company ideally seeks somebody with Property Management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to form good relationships with customers and colleagues and to work as part of an effective team.
- Flexible in your working approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
