Maintain scheduling and event calendar of the CEO.
Manage appointments and coordinate meetings (Gather, compile, verify and analyze information to be used in preparing memos, letters, reports and presentation).
Coordinate/ ensure travel arrangements.
Screen and respond appropriately to all incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, email and other correspondences of the CEO as delegated.
Attend meeting and take minutes of meetings.
Generate reports and other administrative/technical support functions.
Handling confidential information and maintain an effective filing system and security of records and files.
Attend professionally to all telephone calls and visitors of CEO.
Greet visitors and handle out-of-town visitor logistics.
Maintain required level of confidentiality in handling business correspondence is a must.
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English / Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent in using Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be presentable and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and time management skills.
