Job description / Role
BWP are working with our client a large manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai to recruit a senior PA to the CEO & CFO.
Salary 15,000 AED
Duties:
- General support to the CEO and CFO including extensive international travel bookings
- Taking control of the Head Office petty cash requirements as well as pantry and office supplies
- Assisting with office matters including leases, renewals, mobile phones, company, keys and maintenance
- Drafting and Proof reading documents & emails
- Summarize all incoming letters, communications and company profiles
- Draft and edit correspondence for external and internal communication
- Single point of contact for all inquiries & requests relating to CEO & CFO
- Facilities management including office expansion requirements
- Take Minutes of Meeting
- Prepare and distribute Meeting Agendas
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years PA - EA experience
- South African National preferred or a Western National
- IT literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Female required
- Previous UAE working experience would be advantageous
- Professional, friendly and confident
- Excellent command of English
- Hours 8am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday
