Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position will be of key importance within the organisation and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment.

Main Duties
- Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Chairman
- Coordinate and manage business travel, conference and meeting bookings and accommodation
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- Manage calendar and meeting schedules, using prioritization skills
- Maintain availability according to Chairman's schedule and parallels working hours and efforts
- Prioritize tasks and deal with important matters in a timely manner, being accountable and responsible for completing tasks

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Office or Business Management or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C level executive
- Well-presented and Highly personable
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly responsive on email and text as needed
- Superior attention to detail and able to multi-task and change priorities quickly
- Extremely proficient with MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work flexible hours and to be accessible after hours as needed
