Employment: Full Time

For this very well-respected and highly visible group of companies, we are seeking an extremely professional and experienced (Bilingual) Personal Assistant to assist the Vice Chairman. A market leader in the region. My client is one of the UAE’s leading holding companies with interests in financial, industrial, property development, general trading and oil & gas sectors and they pride themselves on the excellent working environment they provide for their employees.

Providing executive level PA support, you will be responsible for managing the day to day schedules of his extremely busy diary. You will be involved in complex and ever changing diary management, travel management and personal administration. You will be privy to large amounts of confidential information that will circulate from Board and Executive Management Committee meetings. This role incorporates large amounts of responsibility as you will be the first point of contact to the vice Chairman's office.
The role will suit an enthusiastic, strategic and proactive individual who is ultimately a strong team player. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, offering creative solutions and managing day to day operations. You will also have a high level of accuracy in your work, be calm and professional at all times as you will be required to analyze important information and update the Vice Chairman as and when required. Possessing advanced MS Office skills and open communication as well as a polished and professional approach, this role would only suit a candidate seeking to move from supporting VIP's and Chairman/Vice Chairman previously. You must be able to speak, read and write Arabic fluently.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must possess a high school diploma and have had at least 7 years administrative support experience at Chairman/Vice Chairman level. Most importantly you will be require to be flexible and work unusual hours (this is not negotiable) I am only looking for extremely experienced and high caliber Arabic speaking candidates for this role.
