The RoleThe RoleAED 15-20,000 + medical, ticket, 22 days holiday and regular bonuses. This prominent UAE businessman is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him in his daily business. This will involve limited interaction with his personal life. The successful candidate will be based at, and mainly involved in, one of his companies, although as he sits on the board of others, there will be liaison required between these. Main duties will include: - Coordination and minute taking at numerous meetings, including high level board meetings - Complete email and telephone screening, gate keeping and reporting - Prioritisation of actions and duties, subsequently conveying these to the Chairman - Travel booking and itinerary creation - Typing and documentation - Replying on behalf of the Chairman to emails, invitations and other correspondence - Communication with employee's and group companies |
RequirementsRequirementsExcellent written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage but not a necessity. Knowledge of correct etiquette within senior business circles, and also within local culture Minimum of 3 years as a PA to top level management Loyal and dedicated personality Legal experience will be an advantage Very good MS Office skills Organised, proactive and detail orientated |
