Job description / Role
Austria Business Center is currently recruiting for the role of PA for our Group CEO.
We are looking for an extremely skilled and switched on candidate with a good, solid PA background. You would be required to deal with all administrational tasks for the Group CEO, manage their diary and be available for them when necessary.
This is an exciting time to join a business that is rapidly expanding not only in the UAE, but also globally.

- All related administrative duties
Requirements
We are looking for the following -
- 5-10 years PA background, preferably at VP/CEO level in an International company
- Real Estate/ Business Center experience would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Highly driven and motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Good multi-tasker
- Integrity
- Trustworthy
- Reliable
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Degree educated would be preferred
