Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a senior Corporate PA role reporting to the Group CEO of this established Financial Services company. Your role as the Personal Assistant will be to provide a full spectrum of senior level and seamless support to the Head and adhoc support to his team. Your role will also include producing complex documents and presentations, preparing for Board meeting s. You will be at the forefront of their client base and be responsible for building strong relationships, as well as managing the CRM system.

Day to day office operations will involve being the front face for the Group CEOs office ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly, screening and prioritizing calls and meeting requests and delegating appropriately. Additionally arranging meetings, conference calls and all other meeting logistics to ensure the needs of the Executive are met. Extensive diary management (Outlook), making sure that the Executives demanding and fluctuating schedule is always up to date, email & contacts management, drafting and proof reading correspondence in English , compiling speaking notes for conferences and interviews, engaging with event organizers and suppliers as required.

There will also be maintenance for the office and personal filing, ensuring all records are up to date. Undertaking research when required and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders such as government entities, clients, service providers etc., providing information, and handling any issues that arise independently. There is also an element of basic book-keeping to manage the Executives personal and work expenses and responsibility for extensive official and personal travel scheduling and all related logistics (visas, transport, accommodation etc.). Ensuring all visas, licenses and registrations are current and up to date. Also managing confidential ad hoc matters as and when they arise and exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.

Requirements

The successful applicant will be degree educated with extensive EA/ PA experience, within professional services, ideally FS, Private Equity or Investments. You will have strong PowerPoint skills and good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.

A proven track record of supporting C-Level Executives, experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnerships development and fundraising.
