Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Perform general office duties, including all daily correspondence, planed and organized work under minimal supervision, assessing organizational needs and implementing administrative procedures to meet these needs.

Provided a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities for the Managing Director, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters, ensured all outgoing correspondence is typed proof read and dispatched to the highest possible standard.

Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements (visas, hotel and ticket bookings etc.) and develop travel itineraries.

Requirements

- German nationality with good communication in German & English for a automotive industry in Dubai.
- Only female candidates can apply.
- Arrange conference calls and appointments, prepare meeting presentations including agendas, taking minutes, distributing relevant documents to the meeting attendees etc.
- Overseeing the setup and maintenance of all administrative procedures and provide full administrative support to the Managing Partners and other staff.
