The RoleThe RolePA to the CEO - UP to AED 28,000 Working for a leading private bank in Dubai the CEO is looking for an extremely professional PA to support him on a 1:1 basis. You will be responsible for: - managing a complex diary with up to 10 meetings per day, often changing at the last minute - attending important meetings with the CEO to take minutes - managing entertainment reservations, client dinners, and liaising with important clients - write and draft important correspondence on behalf of the CEO - prepare Board Packs and meeting documents - create high level power point presentations - prepare expense reports - liaise with important managers in the Head Quarters - liaise with PA's of Royal Families around the GCC |
RequirementsRequirementsConfidentiality is the key to this role, as you will be dealing with royal families and VIP's, therefore you must have an understanding of the protocol involved in such high profile work. You must be able to balance between collaborating with the C level managers and being a gate keeper for the CEO to ensure his time is managed efficiently. Candidates should be available after hours as the CEO often travels to Europe and will require his PA to be on hand if needed You should have experience of liaising with offices around the world and understand other cultures. Candidates should have an excellent network of contacts in the hospitality industry to enable last minute bookings. You must be highly presentable as you will be attending meetings with the CEO, you should be extremely polite but with a confident and assured character. Candidates will be able to understand the internal business processes quickly and know all of the CEO's main contacts within the company, in the main Head Office and within clients offices.
