Job description / Role
A successful FMCG business in Dubai is currently looking to hire a PATH Trainer to join their team and support their mission to become one of the leading beverage distributors and retailers in the UAE.
For this highly challenging role, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Support the growth of the business by increasing consumer awareness within the region
* Identify new business opportunities
* Develop and implement quality measures and best practices
* Establish an outstanding image for the brand by driving the message of specific brand standards
* Liaise with KAMs to ensure brand distribution in all relevant outleets
* Represent the company at on-trade led events
To qualify for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
* At least 7 years of experience within beverages
* Training experience would be a plus
* Knowledge of the latest cocktails trend is required
* Excellent English communication skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
