Description and Desired Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities: Fully understands the company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility. Ensures that work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Follow up with the EPC contractor the construction planning and progress on daily basis. Ensures safe, economic and technically sound decisions related to his area during the Construction phase. Provide on-site Civil works during construction stage. Performs additional work activities as directed by his line manager. Prepares/reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, job manpower forecasts Keeps project management informed of project status, highlighting deviations from plans. Anticipates potential problem areas and analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions. Responsible for oversight of field construction operations within assigned areas Determines/reviews/reports manpower requirements for filed activities. Monitors scheduled work to be performed and reviews work accomplished. Prepares/reviews schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned. RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications: Minimum 7 years experience working with the reputed clients/companies in the Oil & gas sector is a must Should have experience working on the Upstream O & G projects. A high level of energy and team attitude Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills Superior organizational, planning and time management skills |
