Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-Assist with production of the regular project reports.
-Maintain knowledge of all project staff locations and activities.
-Responsibility for ensuring necessary stock of Office supplies.
-Assist ensuring that stock / logistics information is correctly recorded.
-Collecting delivery information, updating records etc.
-Meeting Minute taking as requested.
-Booking of travel arrangements, hotels, meeting rooms as needed
-Accurate minutes and prompt distribution.
-Availability of Office supplies.
-Accurate report production.
-Accurate Stock Control.
-Satisfied and efficient project team.
-Accurate team diary.
-Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
-Provide assistance to maintain and update the processes and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.
-Assist with ensuring that the stakeholder management and communication plan is implemented successfully.
-Develop and maintain a basic understanding of customer policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be / have:
-4 years’ experience in Administrative position.
-Good attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
-Good communication skills; competent to liaise with internal and external contacts; able to build relationships with staff in overseas sites.
-Good sense of humor, with the ability to create and maintain good communication with all staff.
-Self motivated and energetic.
-Good level of IT literacy especially MS Office products Excel, Word and Power point.
-Ability to work on own initiative.
-Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
-Available for extensive onsite training within Europe.
-Available to work additional weekends and evenings when necessary.
-Flexible and willing to respond to short notice situations.
-Full and clean driving licence and ability to travel.
