The Role

PMO Manager for IT Transformation required for a big 4 consulting firm to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

The role requires an experienced individual with 10+ years of professional experience in the IT Advisory domain.

Candidates should have a strong understanding planning, coordinating and running Project Management Office (PMO).

Ideal candidates are those with recent experience in the PMO domain.

The role requires an excellent communicator both in English and Arabic.

The role will involve communicating and advising senior stakeholders, managing and mentoring multiple vendors and managing expectations for multiple parties.

The role is Jeddah based with an exclusive focus on large scale project engagements with at least 2 completion cycle.

This is a client facing position requiring candidates whom have the ability to consult, engage and persuade clientele

This is a contract role for a period of one year subject for renewal.



Candidates should have excellent experience in Project Management methodologies and frameworks,

The role will evolve into a Strategic advisory position with the initial responsibilities predominantly focused on Developing, processes, procedures and upholding documentation standards. Candidates should have the ability to identify ability of strong project managers to ascertain a suitable training regime. Continuously measure the progress and performance and report to management based on standardised tools and methodologies. Develop improvement measures and implement in a consultative manner.

Must have:

Played a significant role in helping setup a PMO from scratch within a large scale complex IT program.

Previous experience in a Consultancy / Advisory capacity.

Project planning experience.

PMBOK/PMP/ Prince 2 certifications
