PMO Team Member

Job description / Role

* Follow all commercial projects in term of resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost.
* Ensure that deliverables are tracked, reported, risk identified and mitigated, alert cascaded.

* Develop and implement Project Management Methodology / Framework for all commercial projects/ tasks.
* Deploy Project Management templates.
* Develop and maintain the dashboard (KPIs) including matrices that measure projects performance.
* Conduct and manage projects/ tracks phases for existing and new projects.
* Provide support to troubled projects/ tracks.
* Coach and mentor program individuals.
* Provide guidance to project teams.
* Provide reports to management about ZAIN's projects status with different tracks statuses.
* Work with teams to understand Project Management needs and provide standards.
* Analyze, develop and implement new business processes.
* Follow all ZAIN policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are properly communicated within the team.
* Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
* Other duties are requested directly by his/her superiors.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing or business related discipline.
* 1 + years relevant Telecom project management experience
* Project Management, Leadership and Organisation Skills
* Ability to identify key issues and establish priorities
* Multi-Tasking, management, analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Management capabilities with leading teams
* Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
* Excellent command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage.
