The RoleThe RoleOur client, a major FTSE 100 company, is wishing to recruit a junior lawyer, at least 2 years PQE with a good knowledge and experience in corporate/commercial law. The client has specifically requested you come from a reputable law firm in the GCC, and particularly in the UAE. The main purpose of the position is to provide legal support to the General Counsel in various areas of law for the territory of the GCC and Yemen. The role encompass drafting, reviewing and advising on various types of contracts in various areas of law, including employment contracts, distribution contracts, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, co-packing agreements, supply agreements, media contracts, IT agreements. You will also be advising on various intellectual property matters, primarily in relation to trademarks and copyrights. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou must also have either a Western education and/or work experience. A good command of written and spoken English and fluency in Arabic is preferred. You will have a Law degree from an accredited law school and must be qualified to practice law. |
