Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work with PR and Communications Manager to develop a PR plan per asset per year and monitor Publicity achieved vs targets set for the year.
- Work with the PR agency to secure publicity in key media related to the target audience of the mall/ asset.
- Work with the Social Media agency to develop and implement weekly and monthly content feed plans and online campaigns to keep fans and followers engaged while j acquiring new ones to each Centre page/ site/ Mobile apps. and other related platforms
- Develop and implement monthly plans for website news update and ensure traffic numbers are in line with centres objectives.
- Develop relationship with key media and community representatives (schools, clubs and other community centres)
- Maintain an updated photolibrary for each centre and spokespeople, and develop Press kits for each brand (City Centre and Mall of the Emirates)
- In charge of updating and producing (when required) centres TVC and other footage for specific campaigns/ projects
- In charge of the development and execution of B to B events (AGMs, Corporate events)
- To supervise and coordinate the implementation of Communication activities for each of the 3 assets and ensure quality and timely executions
- To provide the key "point of contact" between the centre; the Social Media Agency, PR agency and tenants (retailers, hotels, f &b outlets, leisure, entertainment, etc) to ensure the overall "umbrella" positioning of the centre / destination is maintained.
- To maintain monthly publicity and cumulative reports for centre publicity; analyze monthly and provide ongoing feedback to PR and Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Manager
- To work to leverage the marketing budget through aggressive PR efforts and accountable results
- Work with PR and Communications Manager to coordinate all tourism related events such as travel and trade shows, exhibitions, advertising and cross promotions, etc as required
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of tour operators, cruise operators, hotels, airlines, bus companies, etc in the region and create a program to target them and investigate cross promotional opportunities to gain tourism market share.
- To investigate and help coordinate, along with Customer Service Manager. any transportation / shuttle bus activities for the centre in relations to the tourism efforts and handle the development and production of related collaterals (brochures, flyers; schedules, posters, coupons)
- Responsible for generation of all related paperwork such as L.P.O.s, PARs. etc for related activities at the centre
- Aid in development and production of the required print collaterals, in coordination with the PR and Communications Manager and Mall Marketing Operations Managers to ensure adherence to the communications guidelines.
- Work with Festiva! Coordinator to seek cross promotional opportunities with government initiatives where ever possible.
- To oversee and coordinate the development and production of any internal / external newsletters and mall magazines for the 3 assets
- To oversee, continually upgrade/update the Centres website (MOE. DCC. MICC) and other related on-line communications efforts. To produce an online marketing plan that covers search engine marketing, affinity deals, online advertising and offline promotion to drive site traffic and data capture opportunities
- To assist the PR and Communications Manager and Marketing Operations Manager with all redevelopment PR plans
- To oversee, produce and continually update all directories (printed and physical)
- Work with retailers in the 3 assets to ensure that offers and activities are communicated effectively in appropriate online/ social media.

Requirements

- University or College degree in Communications and/or Marketing
- Marketing/ PR related experience
- Strong inter-personal skills a Good language skills (Arabic and English)
- Ability to take initiative, work with agencies and in team environment
- Strong organizational skill
- Attention to detail.
- Professional approach.
- Mobile (should commute between the 3 malls)
- Regular member of social media sites, blogs, twitter etc
