The Role


The Role

Our client are a Government owned organisation tasked with organising the legalities associated with a Dubai based mixed use development.

The company deal with many different stake holders, making this a very interesting position from a marketing perspective as your target audience will be constantly changing.

This role has been created to assist the Marketing Team in coordinating with PR Agencies on press releases, developing and writing PR materials for newsletters, publications, features, brochures and the company website.

The primary aim of the role is to provide a high standard of copywriting skills (primarily in Arabic, although if you can write in Arabic and English, this is a big advantage) so that content can be developed internally.

The secondary aim is to assist the department with PR related activities, including written material, briefings, events and strategies.

The main focus will be to liaise with departments and the PR Agency to develop content for the revamped website and glossy magazine.

You will also have a strong and current list of media contacts in Dubai / the Middle East.

Requirements


Requirements

Degree in Communications, PR or Journalism.
5-7 years experience in PR, communications or journalism.
Excellent writing skills
High level of computer literacy
Ability to build and manage relationships
Problem solving skills
Team work
Service excellence
You must speak Arabic & English for this role.
