Job description / Role
A fashion retail group based in Dubai is seeking a PR Executive for their fashion and luxury jewellery brands:
You will be responsible for:
- Working alongside the Group Marketing Manager on PR strategies and implementation
- Managing and developing further the media database
- Developing relationships with various media sources
- Creating and distributing email shots such as press releases
- Acting as key contact for reporting of PR coverage to the team
- Writing press releases and sending them to press to generate publicity
- Overseeing content production (adverts, videos, social media and online PR stunts)
- Arranging press conferences and events
- Overseeing market research
- Bringing in new business opportunities
- Managing client relationships
- Overseeing social media PR strategies
Requirements
- A degree in PR/ Communications
- At least one year's experience within a PR role in the UAE
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- An interest in PR and social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
