The RoleThe Role1. Prepare and write articles for magazine and annual reports; 2. Supervise and speed up the preparation of brochures, flyers, direct mails or other promotional materials; 3. Prepare speeches, visual presentation and public talks; 4. Supervise the editing and preparation of video clip, audio and visual materials as well as the website of the company; 5. Organize events such as open day, visits, exhibitions or trade shows; 6. Organize internal training courses and workshops about media advertising to the employees; 8. Take and choose the photo, audio and sound for the clips; 9. Organize public events such as press conferences, press releases, open days, tours, and so on; 10. Keep the website of the company up to date; |
RequirementsRequirements1. B.S in Business/PR or high diploma (CIPR). 2. At least 3 years in PR role within professional services environment. 3. Self-starter and highly organized. 4. Excellent oral and written skills in English. 5. Proficient user of Microsoft office applications |
