Job description / Role
- Handle all cash flows in PRO Section
- Petty cash disbursements. Prepare the cash to be handed over to the PRO for administrative and immigration manual tasks and ensure that PRO signs petty cash vouchers.
- Receive cash payments receipts and verify the documentation in order to prepare expenses claims to be submitted to accounts.
- Cash clearances in order to call for new cash in the accounting department. Should also keep a monthly inventory of cash disbursements for the PRO section and cash ledger
- Secure optimized Cash in hands systems in the PRO section to face an increase of cash supply needs (due to the increase of activity).
- Assist in the preparation of any reports or files required for by section head.
- Liaise with PRO Team Leader and QDVC accounts department
- Perform general office duties such as cash ledgers, preparation of petty cash vouchers, monthly reports
- Scan or read any receipts or documents submitted, sort the expenses by QDVC project and cost Code
- Efficient teamwork requested
- Follow and ensure compliance with the company policies, procedures and forms to be filled by projects for PRO requests while delivering any assigned services.

Specialties: 2/3 years (or more) if possible in same position)
Special knowledge: Basic computer knowledge
