Salary AED 6000 plus benefits
A Multinational construction company in freezone requires a PRO for their Dubai office.Candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in the similar role in handling Government Compliance and legalization of all types of visas, medical, emirates ID card processing, legalization with Embassies, clearance with Jebel Ali Port, etc.A valid UAE driving licence and excellent communication in ARabic language are must for this role
The Candidate will be responsible for
- Government Compliance and legalization of all types of visas, medical, emirates ID card processing, legalization with Embassies, clearance with Jebel Ali Port,
- To liaise with Staff and Office Services Manager and other concern staff in handling and expediting the company documentations from government authorities, companies, ROP, HSBC and banks as well as assist all new arrival staff in the application of all require formalities and permits.
- To liaison with Government bodies & various private sectors and following up documents for submission and approval.
- To ensure that all documentations are prepared for an employee who is joining the organization such as typing application form for visa, Residents card etc.
- To take the employee for medical check-up in the Ministry of Health Department for processing the Identity Card
- To obtain visas from various Embassies for employees to visit other countries for business trip.
- Attestation of release letter & Employment Contract with the Ministry
- Assist and Obtain government approvals for employee and company related activities.
- Any other duties that may be requested by the Office.
Requirements
- Secondary school education with at least three work experience on the same job.
- Knowledge of government rules, regulations and procedures in particular on Labor and Immigration and resident requirement.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Government Compliance and legalization of all types of visas, medical, emirates ID card processing, legalization with Embassies, clearance with Jebel Ali Port
- Good Interpersonal communication Skills
