Job description / Role
POSITION NOW UNDER INTERVIEW SELECTION, NO MORE APPLICATIONS AT THIS STAGE.
My client is appointed as the PMC for new power generation sustainable energy industries for major developments the UAE.
As such we are looking to appoint a PV project manager to work out of Abu Dhabi within the client team and advise on the design, engineering and construction of renewable power alternatives and specifically PV Plants. EPC Specialized in the solar energy field, in charge of management of photovoltaic turn key projects from 1MW to 4MW.
Main Responsibilities
• Management of projects starting from EPC contract acquisition to the end-user handover;
• Management and supervision of construction activities;
• Supervision of commissioning and start up activities;
• Coordination of internal and external resources (e.g. Legal, Engineering and Procurement);
• Interface with sub contractors and installers;
• Project budget activity and reporting;
• Interface with national and local authorities to obtain the authorization for electrical system connection to the grid.
The package on this role will be in the region of 50,000 AED/ $13,600 USD / 10,880 EURO per month. plus flights and medical cover.
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 12 years working in PV and renewable energy solutions.
PV build experience in critical.
You will be qualified in either Electrical or equivalent base qualification related to the industry.
You will have a strong construction management and project management background with excellent stake holder management skills and ability.
You will probably have worked in similar schemes in Southern Europe, USA or India.
