The RoleThe RoleMajor Job Responsibilities: • Supervise packaging and process maintenance, fulfill day to day functions and carry out overall department objectives. • Develop an understanding of the equipment and the production process & offer sound technical advice to facilitate performance improvement. • Identify and implement maintenance strategy to ensure regular repair of the equipment. • Motivate, train and develop subordinates to increase their work efficiency & ensure availability of potential successors to meet the maintenance demand. • Verify and complete administrative work, ensure that quality and safety standards are met. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry with minimum 2 years in a bottling & canning plant at supervisory level, preferably with TMP experience. • Good technical knowledge of packaging and process equipment. • Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Projects). • Age Limit - 35 years Competency / Attributes: • A highly organized and systematic person with good planning & team building capability. • Strong leadership and man management skills with ability to work in a multilingual / multicultural work environment. • Good in effective communication and personal interaction at all levels of personnel. |
