The RoleThe Role- Plan the Daily production as per instructions received from his superior - Operate the painting equipment - Coordinate with his superior the production planning and control - Manage the workers under him - Take physical inventory and reconcile with the stock, production and sales - Produce the daily reports - Report when needed the maintenance required on the equipment - Any other related duties as assigned to him by his superior |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Requirements: High school minimum Prior Work Experience: a minimum of 3 years in a painting factory Soft skills: people management, computer and planning skills Technical Skills: A relevant experience in a paint factory is a must |
