Employment: Full Time

Our client is a Middle East fashion distributor and has a large distribution network across the region. Expanding their growing team they are currently seeking a Paralegal/ Administration Manager.

As the Administration Manager you will act as a point of contact to ensure that all stores, branches and concerns are compliant with the legal requirements; with a specific focus on administration including front office management, in order to ensure that the business runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for meeting all internal and external legal requirements, with regards to trade licenses, contracts, leases, agreements, insurance etc. by coordination with the PRO
- Responsible for proof reading legal documents against standards and highlight changes to that further action may be taken
- Manage the entire spectrum of administrative activities
- Manage the business travel requirements, which include tickets, visas, hotel accommodation, car arrangements etc. to ensure that business trips are arranged correctly
- Manage, develop and motivate the team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Western Educated) is mandatory for this position and it is essential that you have 3-5 years UAE experience and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Candidates who previously worked in legal environment and have the experience with company's establishment in UAE would have strong preference.
- Working knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities and knowledge of retail business and its functions are crucial.
- Salary on offer for this role is up to 30,000 AED per month for the right candidate.
