The RoleThe RoleMy client is well established financial services institution with a global portfolio of investments. They are currently seeking a Paralegal for their HQ in Abu Dhabi. The role offers generous tax free package & benefits with excellent career development opportunities.This candidate will be responsible for advising, guiding and monitoring legal corporate affairs of the institution and all its subsidiaries. They will be the primary custodian of all original contracts and agreements. Candidate should have: - At least 2 practical years of experience in a legal advisory post. - Practical experience in translating contracts English to Arabic and vice versa. - Practical experience in drafting professional contracts both in English and Arabic - Background in Financial services or banking is highly beneficial - Fluency in Arabic & English is an absolute MUST. - Should be already be based in the UAE |
RequirementsRequirements- Keep original record of minutes of all board and board committee meetings as well as minutes of management committees. - Keep a an original record of all policies approved by the board and management - Maintain and monitor a calendar of dates relating to the organization, and it related companies such as , annual meetings of the shareholders and boards of director, annual corporate filing requirements etc. - Provide advice, guidance and services to the company in relations to corporate affairs and administer subsidiaries - Serve as document controller / maintainer. Ensure original contracts / agreements are in custody of the Legal Department - Act as point of contact in distributing copies of contracts / agreements to requesting parties - Log and keep all corporate records/contracts/original documents of the company in a safe and fire proof location. |
