Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Following our recent expansion of our activities in the Middle East, we are currently recruiting a Paralegal to join our Dubai based team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be the coordinator of the contract management and due diligence system;
• Prepare and draft basic commercial agreements; • Maintain the legal data bases; identify Contract renewal, follow up;
• Lead & coordinate customer creation activities with stakeholders (sales, finance, supply);
• Maintain and organize the records of power of attorneys and other corporate documents;
• Maintain the corporate secretarial books; 
• Coordinate the regulatory filings; 
• Prepare the quarterly Legal reports
• Coordinate the administrative aspects of Board of Directors meetings including minutes preparation;
Coordinate the communication with external legal counsels
• Ensure, maintain and coordinate compliance activities such as (but not limited) :FCPA/UK anti bribery act, internal training, certification renewals, regular internal communications, inductions for newcomers
• Interact with relevant authorities for corporate matters
Active role in SOX with controlling department
• Assist HR in personnel file & contract management
• Support HR in MEA taxation and governance handling

Requirements

To join our team you will need:
- Work experience as paralegal in a corporation or law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and broad knowledge of corporate legal matters
- Good understanding of procedural aspects of contract law
- Team player
- Fluent in English, including legal drafting skills in English; at least one other European (French would be ideal) and Arabic language
- Proactive / can do attitude, creative and open minded
- Pragmatic and to the point
