Paralegal

Job description / Role

Our client is a well known, award winning Real Estate business and are looking for an experienced paralegal to work within their legal department. The role will be to support the General Counsel with legal matters relating to their retail and hospitality businesses. This will involve assisting with reviewing, drafting and revising commercial contracts; service agreements, supply agreements, catering agreements, lease agreements and more. You will also provide general support to the legal counsels within the team in more general legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join one of the leading business in the region, and the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with an excellent legal team, reporting to an experienced General Counsel who is willing to act as a mentor and develop this new member of the team.

Reporting to: Head of Legal
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: ASAP
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday

Requirements

- Should be a legal degree holder (essential)
- Experience/exposure to the following contacts: service, leasing, vendor, supplier, contractor/sub-contractor agreements, large retail commercial contracts.
