Job description / Role
One of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the Middle East with a reputation for exceptional candidate and client care is looking for a talent acquisition professional, to join their growing internal team in a part time capacity.
Due to the consistent growth of the business over the last 6 years, a number of new divisions have been established creating a need to hire up to 20 new consultants over the next 6 months.
The business covers predominately Head Office recruitment across all sectors including HR, Sales and Marketing and Financial Services. With a strong geographically coverage across the GCC, Levant and North Africa has enabled them to maintain an enviable reputation from both clients and candidates for their candidate database and also the broad spread of roles they handle.
The role will focus on the following,
- Consultant resourcing
- Pipeline Planning
- Interview Screening
- Market Mapping
- Talent Management
- Employee Retention
- Learning and Development
Requirements
This is a key role and my client has high expectations for the person. You will have at least 5 years recruitment experience and be happy working at Director level as well as Junior consultant level.
The constant changing business environment means you will have to be very adaptable with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under your own steam are essential. English as a first language is essential coupled with some experience in the Middle East.
Our client has a positive work environment and would encourage applications from working mums and dads who desire a bit more flexibility.
The role will consist of 3 mornings a week (15 hours) and reports directly into the Human Resource Manager for the business.
